This was a participative, interactive workshop on Culture Change facilitated by Paul Taylor and Karen Dumain, working alongside Gemma Kirk (North East Ambulance Service) and Stefan Cantore (University of Southampton) to help shape our thinking of Culture Change at a system level.

In addition to the conference, we also had two optional sessions.
- The first was on the afternoon of Tuesday 14 July. This was a workshop style event for up to 50 people, focusing on Culture Change. It was a participative, dynamic and informative session with Gemma Kirk at the North East Ambulance Service.
- The second was on Thursday 16 July - an extra special morning session, limited to just 20 people. Our conference keynote speakers, Dr. John Scherer and Amy Barnes hosted a space and discussed OD past, present and future.
