The flu fighter evaluation and planning workshop allows flu leads across England to develop skills and share good practice about their flu fighter campaigns.
The day will consist of two parts, the first half of the day will focus on evaluating the 2015/16 campaign. The second half of the day will be built around planning for next year. You can view the full agenda below.
The event also provides an opportunity for flu leads to feedback to the flu fighter team on the support and materials offered for the campaign.

This interactive session will help you to evaluate the successes and challenges from your 2015/16 campaigns. It will give you the chance to provide feedback to the flu fighter team, for example: what you have found useful and what you would like to see in future.

- 1.30-2.30 pm Planning for next year
The seven areas of good practice – the flu fighter team will give a presentation on the seven areas of good practice. This session will give you tips and practical ways to improve your fantastic flu fighter campaign for the next season.

- 2.45-4 pm Planning your ideal campaign
The day will finish with a fun exercise to get your juices following to start and plan your campaigns for next year!
