The second of two events on staff retention will look at how responding to the different needs of, not just longer serving staff but also the younger workforce can result in broader support and development packages that help to improve retention.

During the day you will have an opportunity to hear about some practical approaches being taken that are having a positive impact upon staff retention. You will also:

  • hear about and learn from good practice in action
  • share and broaden your knowledge
  • discuss ideas with colleagues
  • explore the merits and challenges of what might work in your own organisation.

Guest speakers from:

  • Birmingham Children's Hospital
  • Leadership Academy
  • North Bristol NHS Trust
  • Derby Teaching Hospital

Take a look at the slides from the first of the staff retention event - Retaining staff - impact of staff experience event.
