NHS Employers, in partnership with the HSJ Women Leaders Network, invites you to attend this free event dedicated to exploring women’s professional development.  

Kicking off the healthcare conference of the year, the afternoon will be split into three separate sessions:

1. 

Interview and Q&A with Helen Sharman

Hear the inspiring life story of the UK's first astronaut, Helen Sharman, as she's interviewed by award-winning journalist and editor of the Nursing Times magazine, Jenni Middleton.

2. Practical session
This interactive session will explore themes in the workplace such as power dynamics, decision making at all levels, progression, leadership, cultural change and getting that next job.

3. Networking drinks reception
With an exclusive audience of HR directors, HRD deputies, medical, clinical and nursing directors.
