Share and learn provides NHS directors, HR and senior managers with an opportunity to find out the latest on raising concerns and positive culture change. NHS Employers is keen to use these quarterly forums to support organisations who have yet to appoint a Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU) guardian.

- 15 March 2017 from 11am until 3pm (registration and refreshments from 10.30am), Horizon Conference Centre, Leeds.
Share and learn is designed to support employers to improve raising concerns locally through effective culture change. It is also a space to facilitate discussions around implementing the principles, recommendations and actions from FTSU and Kate Lampard's lessons learnt report. This includes presentations from FTSU guardians and the progress they are making to encourage an open and transparent culture.
Share and learn provides delegates with an opportunity to hear about national developments, share local challenges/progress and work through practical solutions.
How to book
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your NHS organisation, role in relation to raising concerns and any dietary or special requirements. You will receive an email within two working days confirming your place.
