Join us Wednesday 22 November for our free event for organisational development (OD) practitioners.
What does it mean to be an OD practitioner in our complex NHS? As the system changes and complexity increases, is our knowledge and our skills compatible with these new demands? Are we doing the relevant development to meet the changing context of our work?
We know that OD has impact and makes a difference. We also know that we are so busy developing others that we often don’t prioritise our own development. Developing the Developers will help you to reflect and plan your own continuing professional development (CPD) using our new framework in a way that makes a positive difference to your practice.
We’ve created an interactive and unique place to learn, with opportunities to heighten your self-awareness and increase your confidence. Paul Taylor-Pitt says: "Whether your OD skills are fresh green shoots or you have deep roots in the field, this is your place to grow."
During the day we will explore OD:

You’ll leave the day with an action plan for your own development and an improved sense of your strengths and skills. This is a day not to miss.
Book your place
When booking your place we’ll ask for information about you and your practice, this will help us put you into groups that you’ll work with on the day. As places are limited, it’s important to only book if you can definitely make the event.
We look forward to seeing you in Birmingham.
