Share and learn provides NHS directors, HR and senior managers with an opportunity to:
- identify practical solutions to improve the culture around raising concerns
- find out the latest national developments in relation to Freedom to Speak Up (FTSU)
- share best practice.

14 March 2018 from 11am until 3pm (registration and refreshments from 10.30am), at thestudio, Leeds.
Share and learn is designed to support employers to improve raising concerns locally through effective culture change. It is also a space to facilitate discussions around implementing the principles, recommendations and actions from FTSU and Kate Lampard's lessons learnt report. This includes presentations from national bodies and NHS trusts to highlight the progress they are making to facilitate and encourage an open and transparent culture.

with details of your NHS organisation, role in relation to raising concerns and any dietary or special requirements. You should receive an email within two working days confirming your place.
