It is an action plan focused on partnership working, constructive dialogue and finding effective solutions to the needs of both the medical and dental workforce and NHS organisation

Diversity for Doctors: March 2006
On 28 March 2006, NHS Employers, the General Medical Council and the British Medical Association held a joint conference to identify further action and build on the existing objectives set out in the NHS Employers' partnership action plan, Equal Values: Equal Outcomes.
