NHS Employers' formal response
This response from NHS Employers is submitted on behalf of the whole NHS Confederation. Being the workforce arm of the Confederation, it was appropriate that NHS Employers prepared the response to the consultation documents on the regulation of professional staff. The response incorporates comments received from the Foundation Trust Network (FTN).
