Standards for implementing good HR practice and value for money

 

This document, from NHS Employers, sets out the management standards expected to be considered when making decisions throughout organisational change, in order to avoid the loss of staff and retain valuable skills and experience within your local health economy. It will also assist all remuneration committees in standing up to internal and external scrutiny.
