Case study - North Wales
The case study - North Wales Training and Enterprise Council (TEC) v Astley & others has recently been ruled on by the House of Lords following a lengthy legal process. The details of this case are of particular interest with regards to secondment arrangements within the NHS and the well established Retention of Employment (ROE) Model.
