Over 300 delegates, from a range of NHS and stakeholder organisations, attended NHS Employers' sell-out event on Tuesday 15 July - a clear message that staff engagement is high on the agenda. Opened by Health minister, Ann Keen MP, the conference gave delegates an understanding of how staff engagement underpins the next stage review (NSR), world class commissioning agendas and supports the drive for change in the NHS.
