Staff support

The NHS Employers shared learning database provides a way for the NHS to learn from the experience of other organisations across the NHS through case studies and examples of best practice. These pages look at how IWL supports employers in recruitment, retention and return within the NHS, across all staff groups.

Developing and effective support programme for the workforce ensures that staff feel valued and important. These case studies illustrate how investment in supporting staff also improves patient care.
