The new guidance "Agile Working: A Guide for Employers" from enei gives employers information on how to empower its staff by giving more flexibility and reducing constraints, enabling the organisation to optimise performance and service.

The guide explains some of the benefits of agile working, such as:

  • increased productivity and efficiency
  • better utilisation of skills
  • attract and retain high quality talent
  • reduce staff turnover

The guide also acknowledges that four areas are key to implementing these strategies, these areas are Time, Location, Role and Source and a series of tips and enablers is given for each section.

Also highlighted in the guidance are case studies from well known organisations such as BT, PriceWaterHouseCoopers and the Metropolitan Police Service, showing how they implemented the agile/flexible working methodologies.

Due to our effective relationship, enei have given us permission to offer the guidance to the NHS as a free download, when it usually costs £50 per copy.
