Do OD was created to support NHS OD, HR, Leadership & Workforce Leaders as well as everyone working in front line care to improve services to patients.
A look back
In the first few months we launched a load of resources (including podcasts, blogs, articles, workshops, networks) and, with our friends at the Leadership Academy, hosted the first OD in the NHS conference with 123 organisations taking part in the day.
We've achieved a lot in a short time, thanks to the engagement, support, advice and ideas from colleagues across the NHS who share our goal of improving and showcasing the role of Organisational Development. With your help, we've come up with a list of seven large scale projects that reflect the needs, wants and wishes of our stakeholders.
We're ready for action and are actively looking for volunteers from the NHS OD community and beyond to help us shape and deliver the projects. We'll be working hand in hand with the Leadership Academy to oversee the work but we need YOU to get involved and shape the work with us.
To find out more, download Do OD: Shape the future of OD in the NHS and let us know if you'd like to be part of the OD revolution. In the meantime, join the conversation in the NHS OD Linkedin network and tweet us using #DoOD or via @NHSE_DoOD
Can we count you in?
