Dean Royles is a member of the Engage for Success (EFS) Task Force - he is one of many individuals who have contributed over £1million in time, expertise and resources to help bring the aims of the EFS movement to life.
EFS want to grow awareness about the power and potential of employee engagement, and provoke people to think and to learn more about it. And above all they want individuals and organisations to take action - secure in the knowledge that it works and becoming passionate about its importance.
They provide evidence, case studies and points of view about how employee engagement drives performance and productivity to achieve growth. They also support people in the workplace with practical tools and ideas so they can take action. EFS hope to inspire people to get involved in the movement by facilitating access to like-minded communities, experts and leaders.
The movement is widely supported across the UK, involving the public, private and third sectors in the belief they can learn a lot from each other.
You can get involved initially by signing up to their newsletter.
