The Time to Change pledge is a public statement of aspiration that NHS Employers had made to tackle mental health stigma and discrimination.
We are fulfilling the pledge by offering mental health awareness training to all our staff, creating a dedicated mental health section within our intranet, training staff to be mental health first aiders and revising our policies and procedures to support staff with mental health problems.

More organisations pledging will help to break the silence around mental health. It also means more steps are being taken across all of society to make stigma and discrimination a thing of the past.
Who else has pledged?
Organisations that have pledged include BT, E.ON, the Premier League, Channel 4, the Church of England, Comic Relief, universities, local authorities and NHS trusts.
