Total Reward statements will be introduced in 2014

TRS has been developed by NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) to give NHS staff a clear picture of their total reward package by providing details on the value of their employment package.

The statements are expected to be rolled out in tranches geographically and NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) will be contacting trusts early in 2014 to confirm which tranche your organisation is in.

The NHSBSA latest employer newsletter contains details of the tranches as well as findings from the technical pilot. This is available on the NHSBSA TRS information website.
