The Engage For Success movement has released a whitepaper report
containing evidence for the link between employee engagement and wellbeing and the resulting impact on both individual and organisational performance. The evidence is drawn from three areas: academic research, research by consultancies and organisational case studies.
Although the paper is written for an audience of chief executives and HR directors, much of the content could be useful for all management and leaders. The paper complements the November 2012 paper published by Engage for Success called Nailing the Evidence. The paper is intended to add to the body of evidence that demonstrates the impact that employee wellbeing and engagement has on driving sustainable workforce performance outcomes.
