TRS tranche one statements will be available to view from the end of August
Total Reward Statements should be available for employees to view in tranche one organisations from the end of August 2014. Tranche two and three statements should be available for employees to view from the end of September and October 2014 respectively.

Check your local benefits page
If your organisation uses ESR, you can still upload your local branding, local benefits and contact details via the dedicated employer section of the TRS portal. We encourage you to upload this information as soon as possible and keep it up to date in order to support your staff when TRS is available in your organisation. Guidance on how to upload your local information is available on the TRS information website.

NHSBSA have produced some frequently asked questions, which you can access on the TRS information website.
Total Reward Statements (TRS) have been developed by NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) in partnership with the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) programme to support staff retention and motivation by providing NHS staff with details on the overall value of their employment package. TRS will be introduced in the NHS in three geographical tranches from August 2014.
