Sir Robert Francis QC is leading an independent review 'Freedom to speak up' looking into the NHS reporting culture, in order to make it easier for NHS workers to raise concerns in the public interest, and help to create the kind of open culture that is required to ensure safer patient care.

Sir Robert Francis QC has launched a call for evidence and wants to hear from as many people as possible who have experiences, both good and bad, of raising concerns in the NHS. He is keen to hear your stories, and to have your suggestions on how to create the right culture in which people feel safe to speak up without fear of recrimination. We ask that you get involved and submit your examples of what you have tried, what works well and what causes you a problem.

You can find out more information and how to get involved here.
