Action Area 1 – for an organisation that for promotes independence, maximises wellbeing and improves health outcomes

Action Area 3 - for a team that delivers high quality measureable care

Action Area 4 - for a leader that puts Compassion in Practice into action

  • Jacquie Edwards, Bradford District Care Trust, Ward 24 Airedale General Hospital
  • Kristy Clayton, George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust
  • Tracy Graham, South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust

Action Area 5 - for a team which has the right staff, with the right skills in the right place

  • Enhanced Support Service, Princess Alice Hospice
  • Lead Nurse Team, Birmingham Children’s Hospital
  • Liaison Psychiatry for Older People Service, Addenbrooke’s Hospital

Action Area 6 - for a team that puts Compassion in Practice by supporting positive staff experience

The winners will be announced at the award ceremony on 25 November, during the gala dinner of the Chief Nursing Officer summit.
