Professional Standards Authority accredited register - update

03 / 12 / 2014 1.42pm

Practitioners who are on the Association of Child Psychotherapists' and on the British Psychoanalytic Council's registers can now display the Accredited Registers quality mark from the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

This means that employers can be confident that they are recruiting competent and trustworthy practitioners from these registers.

The quality mark is a sign that the practitioners belong to a register which meets the PSA's high standards in relation to governance arrangements, standard setting, education and training, management of their register, complaints handling, and information.

Accredited registers encompass a wide range of occupations and organisations, a full list of accredited organisations can be found on our web pages

Further information is available on the PSA website.
