Following two well attended and informative events focused on recruitment and retention
that we held in 2014, we are hosting a further workshop offering guidance and support on the challenges of a managing a healthcare workforce.
The event is an opportunity for employers to learn more about practical, flexible methods to meet the challenges of workforce supply. It will also feature practical examples to maximise retention of your workforce, provide an update on national activity and the process for overseas recruitment.
Featuring a number of guest speakers, the line-up includes representatives from the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Allocate Software, and a presentation on flexible working and reward strategies.
Case study presentations, focused specifically on international recruitment, will give delegates an opportunity to discuss and explore any challenges they may be experiencing in their recruitment and retention practice.
