The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) have released statistics from recent Government research into how views of retirement are changing. The research indicates that people are considering working to a later retirement age and would consider working part time and making use of flexible retirement options.

The findings show that peoples views of their retirement are changing. Employers who are able to offer flexible retirement options will be well placed to retain the valuable skills and knowledge of older workers as they approach retirement

Our flexible retirement hub contains a range of information and materials to support your organisation to consider how flexible retirement can benefit you and your staff.
