23 / 2 / 2015 Midnight

The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is running a survey to find out about organisations’ current policies and practices around later life working. The information you provide will help DWP and Dr Ros Altmann (the UK Government's older worker's business champion) understand the benefits and challenges employers encounter in relation to employing and retaining older workers. The information will also be used for developing national policy in this area.

Have your say

The survey will close on Friday 6 March 2015 at 5pm and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

The work of Dr Ros Altmann links to the ongoing progress of the Working Longer Group (WLG). This group was established to review the implications of the NHS workforce working to a later, raised retirement age. The group has, and continues to, develop a number of products to support the NHS's ageing workforce.
