National Apprenticeship Week 2015 runs from 9 March to 13 March, and all over the country employers, schools, colleges and training organisations will be holding events and hosting activities.
NHS Employers will be marking the week by adding a range of free new resources, which include case studies, podcasts and other materials. The week provides the opportunity to raise the profile of apprenticeships and celebrate the positive impact that they can have on the delivery of high-quality, values-based care across the NHS.
The objective of National Apprenticeship Week is to increase awareness and take-up of apprenticeships and traineeships and the overarching theme for the week is a challenge to us all to think about how much we really know about apprenticeships.
Are you prepared?
The Skills Funding Agency has produced a range of resources to help you plan for the week and these can be accessed via the GOV.UK website. Organisations are also encouraged to share their pledges to take on apprentices using their online pledge-o-meter.
