Our new raising concerns 'Draw the line' manager's toolkit has launched. It has been designed to help managers engage with their board, senior team, wider management teams and staff about the importance of raising concerns.
Use it to raise awareness, increase understanding, temperature check the effectiveness of your local polices and procedures, and to assist conversations with your senior management teams in ensuring it is a supported, normal part of employment.
The toolkit includes:
- Draw the line logo - use locally to help promote the campaign on your resources.
- Self-assessment tool - gauge where you are as an organisation, evidence strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and any actions required.
- Manager's guide to raising concerns- signposts manager's to what they need to know and includes key considerations when dealing concerns raised with them.
- Template presentation and 'how to use' guide - can be used to instigate discussions with the board and senior team and help put raising concerns firmly on their radar.
You can view and download all these resources on the Draw the Line webpages.
