The NHS Employers organisations is delighted to have brought together partners with a workforce focus into the first ever NHS Workforce Village at this year’s annual conference.

During each day of the conference, we will be showcasing new tools and support on topics ranging from working longer, international recruitment to managing medical reservists that volunteer in the Armed Forces. Our policy and programme experts will also be on hand throughout the conference to answer any workforce related queries. You can have a play on our ‘digital table’ which will contain some of our most popular tools such as our performance management toolkit, and our interactive guide to managing sickness absence.

Danny Mortimer, chief executive of the NHS Employers organisation said: “It’s great that all the organisations focussing on NHS workforce issues are able to join us in the ‘Village’. We all work really closely together so being able to provide delegates with a joined-up presence at the conference will make it much easier for them to get a wide range of workforce advice and find out more about the support the various organisations can give.”

You can also pick up our handy fold-up annual review which as well as summarising our key work areas also has a pull out guide to the key contacts in our organisation.

Enjoy the conference and we look forward to meeting you. Find out more about the NHS Confederation annual conference and exhibition of programme and activities.
