NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) have released the dates for the roll out of Total Reward Statements (TRS) 2015.
The tranches will be rolled out as follows, tranche 1 on 31 August 2015 and tranche 2 on 31 October 2015.
Please also note - the deadline for accurate member pension data to reach NHS Pensions is 18 June 2015, this has been extended from the previous date 12 June 2015.
TRS were first introduced in the NHS during 2014 and are provided annually to most NHS employees. TRS have been developed and delivered by NHSBSA in partnership with the NHS Electronic Staff Record Programme to support staff retention and motivation by giving NHS staff details on the overall value of their employment package.
