Bookings are now being taken for 'OD in the NHS III: Forward Thinking Different' brought to you by NHS Employers, in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy. This is the third annual NHS OD Conference and it’s bigger than ever.
The main event takes place on Wednesday 15 July at Etc St Paul’s in London and will include a variety of guest speakers and think different workshops such as; building OD capability; integration is an OD issue; system thinking; culture change in the NHS and (re)evaluating OD.
In addition to the conference, we also have two optional sessions:
- The first is on the afternoon of Tuesday 14 July. This is a workshop style event for up to 50 people, focusing on culture change which will be participative, dynamic and informative. We’re delighted to be designing the day with Gemma Kirk at the North East Ambulance Service.
- On Thursday 16 July there’ll be an extra special morning session, limited to just 20 people. Our conference keynote speakers, Dr. John Scherer and Amy Barnes from Scherer Leadership International who have generously offered to host a space with us to discuss OD past, present and future. We think this will be a fascinating session for those who wish to be part of it.
