New flu fighter reward initiative

To celebrate the achievements of flu fighter teams and trusts throughout the season, we have created the fantastic flu fighter reward initiative.

Each month, from July through to January, we’ll be looking for your fantastic flu fighter stories to inspire and encourage teams delivering engaging flu campaigns. Each month's theme is based on one of our seven areas of good practice.

This month, we’re looking for your experiences of having a balanced flu team

  • Who do you include in your teams and why? 
  • What makes them key to your campaign? 
  • Has the make-up of the flu team helped your trust achieve its campaign aims? 

Tell us your story in no more than 100 words by emailing us at flufighter@nhsemployers.org or tweeting us @NHSflufighter with your balanced flu team stories by July 30 to be in with a chance of winning new and exclusive pin badges for being a fantastic flu fighter

Noticeable enough to wear with pride, discreet enough to wear every day, our limited edition badges are a thank you from us to say you’re doing a great job!

Winners will be announced on Twitter and via the website on July 31.
