Total Reward Statements for 2015 will be available from the end of August 2015 for organisations in tranche one and from the end of October for organisations in tranche two.
Upload your local benefits information
The local benefits page is available for you to upload your local branding, local benefits and contact details. The TRS portal has an employer section
which enables you (if your organisation uses ESR) to view your employee statements, upload your local benefits and change your contact details.
We encourage you to upload your local benefit information as soon as possible and keep it up to date. The deadline for uploading information to the local benefits section is the 31 July 2015. This will support your staff when TRS are available in your organisation and will be a useful tool to communicate with staff about the overall benefit of their employment with your organisation.
10 week to-do list
- Tranche one organisations recently began their 10-week to-do list and will have received an email from NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) with several actions for tranche one organisations to undertake. It is important that staff side representatives are introduced to TRS and annual benefit statements (ABS) early to support a successful outcome.
- Include a message about TRS/ABS in your local communications. The local communications pack developed by NHSBSA will help you to do this.
- If you have not done so already please appoint a TRS/ABS lead and let NHSBSA know who this is by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your EA code and contact details.
