A new raising concerns case study has been published which describes the guardian service which Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust have successfully implemented in their trust. The guardian service was developed to help encourage staff to speak up in a confidential setting when they have a concern.
Find out more about the guardian service, how it contributes to improving the overall raising concerns culture in the trust and the difference it is making to both staff and the organisation.
