Throughout August, we’re looking for trusts that use senior level support and have flu teams with different strengths to make the best possible impact for their campaign.
The winning team will be able to demonstrate how support from senior level staff enhances their campaign, and how delegating tasks to suit the team's strengths and skills creates an effective flu team.
To be in with a chance of winning, tell flu fighter HQ in no more than 100 words why your trust should win the title of all hands on deck, by emailing the flu fighter team or tweeting the flu fighter account before 30 August, using the below questions as a guide.
- How do you get support from your board to promote the flu campaign, and the importance of staff getting the jab? By being a strong leader, do senior members of staff create a culture to encourage others to want to follow suit and be vaccinated?
- How do you or your manager delegate tasks to the flu team so that the best possible results are achieved? A team that has been put together which utilises the team's strengths and skills, and allows them to make the best possible impact.
