ThinkFuture is now live. This new programme of work will help employers bring more young people aged 16-24 into the NHS workforce.
Over the coming months, we will be developing products to support you to:
The ThinkFuture web pages have lots of information to help you get started, including examples of good practice, fact sheets and a myth-busting infographic.
- understand why recruiting more young people in Agenda for Change bands 1-4 can help your organisation
- learn from other organisations that are already tailoring their recruitment process for young people
- establish your own local campaign to recruit more 16-24 year olds
- engage with young people and provide them with valuable experiences that can ease the transition from education to the world of work, such as adapting recruitment processes and offering work experience.
