Total Reward Statements (TRS) for organisations in tranche 1 are now live. Employees can access their statements once they have received a payslip leaflet informing them that their statement is available to view.
Tranche 2 statements will be available from the end of October 2015. You can find out which tranche your organisation is in by visiting the NHSBSA TRS Information website. The NHSBSA has developed a communications pack to help communicate TRS locally in your organisation. You can access the communications pack and a TRS to do list on the TRS Information website. The to do list details actions for employers at specific times ahead of rollout.
TRS have been developed by NHSBSA in partnership with the Electronic Staff Records programme to support staff retention and motivation by providing NHS staff with details on the overall value of their employment package.
