To continue rewarding trusts that demonstrate good practice, flu fighter HQ is searching for teams that excel at making sure their campaign is accessible and available to their staff.
This is the fourth flu fighter reward initiative in the series. Entries are now open for organisations that make their campaign as accessible as possible for staff, and who strive to vaccinate as many of their workforce as possible.
The winning trust will have thought of:
• using unique and creative methods of making the flu jab accessible to their staff
• using their existing workforce and resources to come up with a flexible and adaptable flu programme to meet the accessibility requirements
• taken their full workforce needs into consideration to make sure the campaign is available to all staff.
