We have extended the deadline of our survey seeking your views on the overall operation of the Staff Friends and Family Test. Our short survey won't take long to complete and asks for ideas on how you think the test could be developed in the future. This will feed into our response to NHS England’s review.

The Staff Friends and Family Test (Staff FFT) has been in place since April 2014.  Overall participation has remained steady with over 150,000 responses since its inception.

It was designed to collect more frequent national and local level data, on whether staff would recommend the NHS as a place to work and to be treated. It was also intended as an early warning system to help individual organisations address shifts in staff opinion and provide an additional method through which organisations could seek ideas from staff.

The results have been published on a quarterly basis and have been broadly stable. This is a positive indicator in challenging times.

Please could you consider the questions below and submit your responses by 30 October.
