ThinkFuture has launched two new products to help you understand the benefits of bringing more young people into the NHS workforce.

Business case

The business case has been designed to help employers in the NHS highlight the benefits of employing young people to board members and senior colleagues, as part of a long term strategic approach to workforce planning. The web pages include:

  • an introduction to some of the challenges facing employers in the NHS and young people in the UK
  • five reasons why the NHS should employ young people, with supporting evidence and links to further information
  • a downloadable PowerPoint template to help you present your business case to colleagues and board members

View the business case on our ThinkFuture web pages.
