NHS England updates its customer contact for the deaf community

NHS England has updated its customer contact centre so people and organisations can now get in touch by using British Sign Language (BSL).

As stated on the NHS England website , BSL users can contact the customer centre by using video call. The call will go through to a team of BSL interpreters who will relay the message to an advisor to answer the query.
