Last week we met in London and Leeds to find out what was happening across different NHS organisations in health and wellbeing. We looked at how to engage staff with an effective communications strategy, what is happening nationally with the NHS England work around a healthy NHS workforce, and what was happening in individual organisations.
We heard from six different trusts about what they are doing in certain areas, from creating a brand to a trust wide health needs assessment. The network also used to opportunity to share what worked well in their organisations, and what didn’t and some of the excellent free resources to use to help support the wellbeing of NHS staff.
