Derby Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust had a very unique opportunity earlier this year, when the hospital and staff starred in a four part television series.
It highlighted some of the fantastic roles for professionals looking to work in a trust dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care.
Using a range of communication strategies, Derby sought to boost their reputation as an award-winning trust and maximise their engagement with both current and prospective employees. An enticing social media campaign, combined with a dedicated 'superhospital' recruitment website were developed to showcase vacancies, with a focus on those proving difficult to fill.
