Updated flu vaccination figures released by Public Health Wales

Public Health Wales have now published the updated flu vaccination uptake figures. This latest data shows that 45.6 per cent of frontline healthcare workers with direct patient contact in Wales, have been protected against flu. 

With an increase on the previous month’s figures of 3.4 per cent and an increase of 2.7 per cent from the same period last year, flu teams have maintained their strong start over the festive period and into the new year.
