Our new health and wellbeing case study demonstrates the work of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and their aim to improve staff health and wellbeing, by promoting and encouraging staff to sign up to a healthy lifestyle and weight management programme.

The programme is a joint initiative between the health and wellbeing team in the trust and KasTech Ltd, a company that develops health and weight management software. It was devised as an interactive and flexible skills-based group workshop available to staff that had expressed an interest in health and fitness assessments.

This case study has been developed to highlight the successes and challenges of implementing a weight management initiative as part of a health and wellbeing strategy, so read more about in our case study.
