January vaccination figures released by Public Health Wales

Public Health Wales has released the latest flu vaccination uptake figures from September 2015 - 31 January 2016. The figures reveal that 46.5 per cent of staff with direct patient contact have been vaccinated against flu.

This is an increase of 0.8 per cent from December 2015, and 2.9 per cent more than January 2015. Flu teams have achieved this success thanks to their dedication and efforts throughout the flu season.

Top performers

The top three performing health boards and trusts of staff percentage with direct patient contact immunised:
