On 18 February ThinkFuture is launching three brand new digital toolkits. Designed for HR professionals, managers and communication teams, the toolkits provide free centralised information, advice and resources to support organisations to bring more young people into the NHS workforce. The toolkits have been developed in partnership with young people and NHS organisations.
The HR toolkit will support HR professionals to make their recruitment processes more accessible for young people, and engage with their managers to see the benefits of bringing young people into their teams.
The manager toolkit is designed to be used in conjunction with the HR toolkit, to help managers to support young people joining their teams.
The communications toolkit contains free advertising and marketing materials which can be edited for local use. These resources have been developed through market research with 16-24 year olds. This toolkit also provides evidence based guidance to help NHS organisations run local recruitment campaigns aimed at young people.
It’s time to ThinkFuture and get ready for the launch of the toolkits on 18 February.
