A new series of webinars are now available for ESR system users and Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) leads to support the revalidation process.

From April 2016, the NMC is introducing revalidation and, as the national workforce solution for the NHS, the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system is being enhanced to support the process.

A series of successful decision maker webinars were held during January and February. 137 people attended from 85 organisations and over 85 per cent expressed an interest in using the ESR functionality for NMC revalidation.

In order to support ESR users to understand how the enhancements in ESR will support the revalidation process, new webinar dates are now available. These webinars will provide more detail about the enhanced ESR functionality, with a particular focus on the system processes.

Who should attend?

If you are an ESR system user or an NMC lead responsible for providing guidance and training to NMC registrants within your organisation on how to use ESR to complete their revalidation process, then you could benefit from one of these webinars.

A maximum of 99 places are available on each webinar. Where there are multiple users from the same organisation wanting to attend, please endeavour to be located together wherever possible.

Webinar dates and times:

  • Thursday 10 March 2016 11am-12pm
  • Thursday 10 March 2016 2:30-3:30pm
  • Friday 11 March 2016 11am-12pm

Please register for the webinars here.
