We are inviting HR colleagues to join a new network to help organisations prepare for, and implement the forthcoming large scale changes to apprenticeship policy.
The network will provide a supportive environment that gives members the opportunity to connect with others and share views and best practice.
Details on the frequency and location of meetings have been left open at this stage, as we wish to ensure co-production from the outset in the design and format of this new network. Our initial engagement will involve canvassing views so we can tailor our activity, tools and resources to best meet the needs of employers.
If you would like to become a member of NHS Employers’ Apprenticeship Network, please register your interest by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
by Tuesday 17 May
. Please feel free to get in touch if you wish to discuss this opportunity in more depth.
Board briefing and online survey
Our board briefing provides an overview of the key policy changes, including the apprenticeship levy and target.
We are also carrying out an online survey, aimed at chief executives and HR directors, to help us develop a national offer of support to assist NHS provider organisations with the recruitment and retention of apprentices.
The survey contains five key questions and should only take around five minutes to complete.
Complete the survey.
