May is National Walking Month
and Ruth Warden, assistant director at NHS Employers, has written a blog about her love of walking, including top tips to encourage everyone to get out on their feet a little more.
Living Streets charity are out in full force once again this May to inspire individuals to get more walking in their day. This year, throughout the month, Living Streets will show you 20 fun and easy ways to fit 20 minutes’ walking into your routine by pledging #Try20.
